Improvements Cellar The 400 ton cellar is well-equipped with a barrel maturation cellar, a bottled wine storing area which is temperature controlled and its own bottling and labeling facilities. A beautiful tasting room (see photos) completes the visitors wine experience. Accommodation The wine farm has 2 main houses. The manor house has 4 bedrooms and 3,5 bathrooms. Its veranda has the most beautiful views of the Stellenbosch valley and the surrounding mountains including Simonsberg mountain. The private garden has lovely mature oak trees and a rose garden with a swimming pool. The second house is fully renovated and located elevated behind and above the cellar overlooking a dam with beautiful views of Stellenbosch. It has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. There are also 2 semi-attached cottages. Both have 2 bedrooms and bathrooms – with a beautiful braai area overlooking the Stellenbosch valley. The owner has building plans available to either convert and/or build a venue / conference facilities or extended guest facilities. The manager’s house and 4 labour cottages is located closer to the entrance of the wine estate.
