16 years ago, when we started Hanu Reddy Residences, we had only one vision in mind — to build a Bungalow where you can experience living in a Traditional Madras Community Home. Today, we continue to strive for the same vision by combining all modern amenities with our heritage taking center stage. Hanu Reddy Residences consists exclusively of Bungalows with Historical Architecture, diligently maintained since the 1960s with attention to all modern facilities. There is no reason to compromise on any aspect of your stay with great amenities and easy access to all important places in the city like the US Consulate, Marina Beach, and most renowned Music Sabhas.

Special care has been taken to introduce and maintain a thriving microclimate within our premises. Take a long walk amidst the trees surrounding these Bungalows, some over 5 decades old. We nurture beautiful flora, including large Copper Pod Trees, fragrant Plumerias, Water Lilies, vibrant Badam Trees, and everybody’s favorite Bougainvillea shrubs.

    Stunning oasis is the heart of Chennai. A beautiful oasis in the heart of Chennai. You felt you were in the serene peaceful countryside. The building had stunning architecture and gorgeous terraced gardens. This is now my favourite hotel in Chennai by far. The staff are warm, welcoming and super helpful. The restaurant is such a lovely terraced area and the food was excellent- the best veg biryani I’ve had and the pungal at breakfast was so tasty. There were lots of nice communal sitting places so would be perfect too for families and groups traveling. It was very clean all round in spite of some renovations occurring. The bedroom was spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable.

    I had a wonderful three days stay at Hanu Reddy Residences. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The place was quiet, peaceful and surrounded by greenery.     Centrally located gem in the heart of Chennai

    The staff made the stay comfortable and welcoming. The food was delicious and they catered to all needs. Anand, Satya, Ramesh and Chandna were exceptionally helpful. I was particularly impressed with Anand who wrote directions in English and Tamil most helpful. I would recommend this hotel and use again when in Chennai.

    Absolutely stunning place to live. The whole ambience makes you feel like home. They do cook homely food and it’s in the heart of the city. The service is impeccable, from staff to cleaners wear uniform clean and neat. Trust me you won’t find dirty corners. Even better the property is quite old but has been maintained so well that even the shower water pressure is perfectly maintained. If you’re in Chennai I highly recommend this place. One suggestion is please don’t go here if you’re a party freak it’s not a smoking or drinking friendly stay

    Lovely spacious room and balcony. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom great. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were so helpful and obliging..especially Front desk who checked out options for us for onward travel.
