Roger is an amazing talent who went above and beyond walking me and my partner through our first home buying experience. He brought with him a deep insight into the world of real estate which helped guide our experience and, ultimately, land on a house that met all our needs that we absolutely love. Roger was not only attentive and responsive throughout the whole process (answering texts, taking phone calls, reassuring us that there was no such thing as a stupid question) but has also been an amazing resource after closing helping us source contractors for maintenance. Roger was a true professional from the listing to the closing of our house.  He is very knowledgeable and competent in the necessary components of selling a home including the marketing, staging, designing, listing and negotiating with other agents.  He is very responsive to any questions and concerns of the seller.  Roger has great communication skills and is responsive to the needs of the seller. Having bought and sold three different homes, Roger is hands down the best realtor we've ever worked with.  I am simply amazed at how expertly he guided us and managed the entire home sale experience.  We were in a tough seller's market with high interest rates and what my husband and I thought would be difficult conditions to sell in.  Looking to sell our investment property that had recently become vacant, I set about searching for the right realtor to work with.  After doing some research and interviewing several top agents, I felt a connection with Roger and immediately appreciated his quick follow through and expertise in our neighborhood and market.  We let Roger know that our priorities were to sell our home quickly given the carry costs for a vacant home and for the highest possible price.

Roger completely overwhelmed us with the outcome.  He staged, photographed, listed, and sold our home in under a month.  We thought it might take 2-3 times that long.  He also achieved a sales price higher than we thought was possible in this market.  Throughout it all, Roger and his team were completely full service and delivered an incomparable level of responsiveness and care.  It really feels like you are their most important priority (and I know for a fact that Roger buys and sells homes for his other clients that are many multiples more than our price point).  All of this is to say that Roger puts his clients first and is an expert negotiator.  My husband and I are so pleased we chose him as our agent, and we look forward to being repeat clients. Over the past 28 years, I have bought & sold a significant number of properties & have dealt with numerous listing and buyer agents.  Most had done me wrong; serving themselves. When I met Roger I was able to recognize what a great difference it makes to list with a REAL & GREAT Agent. Roger has been a God-Given GIFT to me. His performance was OUTSTANDING!  I have never come across an agent that would go above and beyond his call of duty to help his client & even do tasks for his clients that would normally be the client's responsibility!  His AMAZING skills include immense knowledge, honesty, dedication, regular updates, the incredible power of negotiation & above all he makes POSSIBLE what is deemed IMPOSSIBLE! Roger helped us rent a house in Beverlywood/Castle Heights, and he couldn't have done a better job for us. His staff set up nearly every weekend and sometimes during the week, too, and everyone did a great all-around job. We are really pleased with the rental price and the tenants, and we plan on looking to Roger for our future needs.
