"Nous avons rencontré Iakovos Diamantakis par le biais d’amis installés en Crète depuis plusieurs années Nous voulions trouver une maison de caractère en pleine ville de Rethymno.Après plusieurs mois de recherche et de correspondances par mail et Skype, Iakovos nous a présenté une maison correspondant à notre recherche. Il a servi d’intermédiaire pour négocier le prix et fort appréciable nous a proposé les architectes susceptibles de s’occuper de la restauration. Le role de Iakovos ne s’est donc pas limité à la vente. Et cela est important surtout ne maitrisant pas ni la langue, ni les coutumes. Je recommande donc Iakovos sans problème car très sérieux .Un dernier conseil : soyez patient, le rythme n’est pas le meme qu’en France . Au début ca énerve puis on s’habitue.”

“We wanted to sell our property in Crete this year which we felt was not going to be easy as we were based in the UK so all communications would have to be done remotely. We did however have the good fortune to be referred to Iakovos and his team at QPS who were amazing from start to finish. Our initial conversation with Iakovos gave us real confidence as he clearly laid out the process and next steps in his perfect English. Within a week or 2 a potential buyer was found at a good price and between QPS and our lawyer Amalia they took on all the administration and negotiations keeping up informed of progress regularly. The property was sold very quickly which was especially impressive as the Coronavirus lockdown was starting to impact. Thanks again Iakovos and we cannot recommend QPS highly enough.

“If you’re looking for a professional, proactive and trustworthy real estate agent, QPS is for you. Our purchase was possibly one of the more complicated sales that Michaela has had to deal with, due to BREXIT; UK and Greek government changes. However, we were guided through, with knowledge, tenacity and care. The construction company who needed to finish the property after the sale, had also gone through changes and needed to tie up historic assets, making the contract a little more complicated. If it wasn’t for QPS, we probably wouldn’t have bought the house, and highly recommend them.”
