Moving from out of state, you are at the mercy of your local real estate agent, which can be risky. . Luckily, I met April Anderson, who exceeded my expectations. April has a rare combination of drive and optimism and she always had my best interests in mind. It seemed like I was her only client even though I know at the time she had at least other people she was helping. She never forgot about me or left me hanging. She even helped smooth the closing process with the title company, who didn’t care whether the close went through or not. I highly recommend April as a person who genuinely cares that you get what you want and works tirelessly to protect your interests.
