It currently reflects the layout of the spaces conceived in eras and with needs different from the current ones, but with its two bathrooms with windows, the three large bedrooms, and not the ones with the legal minimum that are proposed now, it is certainly very interesting. The living area could be revised to recover the spaces of the corridors and thus obtain an open space, as in vogue today, bright and spacious overlooking the balcony. The presence of both the garage and the parking space is important because life on the lake, in addition to bicycles, will make you want to do sport, and knowing where to keep the equipment is not a given while the proximity to the center and all the services will allow you to manage your time and needs easily.
