Hello,, I am selling a manageable, beautiful farm in the mountains of Chiriqui, Panama'. The farm measures 5.3 hectares = 13.1 acres. The farm is located approximately 45 minutes from Volcan, Chiriqui, Panama'. **Farm Is Titled & Surveyed** I am the owner. Volcan is a small agricultural community. Much of what you need to live comfortably can be found here. Most of the road to the farm from Volcan is paved (18-20 km). The last 5.5 kilometers (3.4 miles) is stone/gravel and rough in spots. You will need a decent 4x4 for sure. The farm has excellent road frontage, with plenty of level access. This farm itself is gently sloping in places with some good flat areas as well. The highest point is 1594 meters above sea level which equates to 5,228 ft. ASL.. just 52 ft. under a mile high. The best building site is at the high point in my opinion. Small mountain farms of high quality like this one are difficult to find. This could be a good option for adventurous people looking to move to Central America and do something productive & rewarding. The temperatures are comfortable at this altitude all year long. 50-60F nights, 80F days. There is cell signal at the shack that sits on the high point. Great views in summertime all the way to the Pacific coast! This would also be a *fantastic* spot for a small resort or several cabins to rent to people who like this type of quiet, rustic rainforest environment. There are a few good neighbors around also; Indigenous families, a few Panamanians and a few Americans. Right now 2 hectares (5 acres) are planted with 4 year old Geisha (aka. Gesha) coffee. Geisha is one of the most expensive coffees in the world. The best Geisha coffee is grown in this small mountain region of Panama'. We had a small harvest this year. Full maturity will be in 2 years or so. P.S. I have a reliable/resourceful Indigenous friend taking care of the farm now. Approximately 3 months ago, 1 lot of 25 kg (55 lbs) of Geisha Coffee sold just north of $250,000.00 via an online auction. Here is a link to the Global Coffee Report story on the above auction sales. And, yes, I am acquainted with the Admistrator of Finca Carmen.. A second lot of 90 kg (200 lbs) of Geisha Coffee sold for just over $1,000,000.00 (Over 1 million USD) via an online auction just after the above sale. This farm is in the same area as my farm. Asking price: $200,000. Contact me via email and I will get back to you promptly. Please note: I cannot finance this sale. Metals considered for payment. "Crypto" not accepted at this time. Thank You.
