We take care of every aspect that comes with managing your property on the short-term rental market. We have answered some of the questions that we are asked most frequently.

  • Our management is the most simple model available when it comes to fees. Upon signing your contract, we will set up a recurring subscription using Stripe which will process your card monthly. You don’t even have to lift a finger!

  • Yes! While we don’t offer stand-alone housekeeping services, we can assist you with many other Airbnb-related tasks.

  • No. While our fee does cover the coordination & completion of maintenance at your property, it does not cover the cost of material or labour associated with the project.

  • We have a mantra of mutual commitment and seek clients with the same values. That’s why we work with all clients on 12 to 24-month contracts (or partnerships) towards achieving their goals.
