The current occupancy of leased properties is 99 %, more than 140,000 sqm of industrial and warehouse areas and more than 300,000 sqm of land, parking and handling areas.
We sell selected real estate in the case of good offer. Until this year, we realized sales worth more than CZK 697,000,000. We are gradually purchasing suitable plots of land for the group's further development plans in the area of electricity production from renewable sources.

NEAR FUTURE

We are working intensively on the preparation of the construction of almost 100,000 m2 of warehouse and production hall space, of which half of the projects has a valid building permit and is waiting for a suitable tenant. At the same time, we are preparing the phased construction of more than 1,510 residential units in various locations in the Czech Republic.
The expected implementation time for industrial buildings is 6 to 9 months from the signing of the rent contract. We plan to implement the residential construction between 2024 and 2030. The implementation period depends on the progress of the permit procedures.
For some projects, we already have valid building permit or zoning decision and we believe in obtaining a building permit for work-in-progress construction projects by the end of 2024.
The total amount of investments is estimated at CZK 6 billion. We finance the construction primarily from our own resources, bank loans and possible loans from third parties.
