“GIMG” Ltd. is 100% subsidiary of Austrian “GAB Resorts Holding and Development GmbH” in Georgia. According to the Investment Agreement with Autonomous Republic of Adjara, Georgia, “GIMG” Ltd. is developing an innovation project of Hotel & Entertainment Complex in Batumi.

Residential Luxury Estate "Palma Apartments" is one of the autonomous parts of the multifunctional hotel and entertainment complex "Grand Hotel Batumi Black Sea", which is located in the historical center of Batumi, adjacent to the territory of "Wonderland Park", Batumi Sea Boulevard and directly to the beach.

Residential complex “Palm Apartments” consist from 36 apartments of “Luxury Suits”. The residential complex “Palm Apartments” is equipped with completely autonomous centralized communications. Total area: 13,368 sq.m;

The residential complex also includes an outdoor sea water swimming pool “Palma Laguna” with recreational “green” zone. It is first and unique complex by its capabilities at the Black Sea coast. The infrastructure provides an opportunity not only for active rest and recreation, but also possibility to held cultural events - concerts, presentations etc. Centenarian eucalyptus trees create wonderful „Green Zone” for recreation around the pool. There are all functional areas around the pool in the pavilion: Reception and registration department, dressing rooms and showers, sunbathing chairs, indoor gallery, open terraces, bars, etc. Special ramps are provided for persons with disabilities, giving them free access to all parts of the complex. The total area: 5,101 sq.m.



Technical description of residential complex of “Palm Apartments”

Structure - precast reinforced concrete structure, high quality re-bars and B-35 class concrete, designed for- 9 magnitude earthquake.

Facade - aluminum ventilated skeleton of U-KON system (Germany), hydro and thermo insulation, artificial white granite tiles, large stained-glass windows and lift-sliding doors, white aluminum composite panels on parapets.

Courtyard - isolated and protected courtyard area bounded with green cedar decorative plants. Entry in the area through automatic barrier. The courtyard covered with the granite stones and stamped concrete pavements. In the middle of courtyard, the palm tree with the green lawn. Sitting benches in the area. The territory of courtyard is under video control.

I floor area - Central entrance, lobby, reception desk, meetings and conference rooms for local residents, BMS center, boiler room, low voltage room, room of engineering equipment’s, rooms for the personal of the Management company, laundry, toilets for staff

Corridors - Floors of each corridor are covered with light beige natural marble tiles, columns in corridors covered with natural granite plates, walls of the corridors are colored with high quality paint, on ceiling of corridors installed European Standard Led lights (Ultima). In case of emergency corridors are enlightened. On the walls of the corridors there are fire cabinets, installed central ventilation system in the ceilings, central heating and air conditioning, fire protection sensors, Wi-Fi Internet modems.

Parking - Two level indoor parking. 18 car places on lower level, special parking for bicycles and motorcycles for places. 30 car places on upper level, special parking for bicycles and motorcycles for 13 places. For both level of parking area are 2 passenger elevators, which are directly connected with the floors of residential apartments. From the lower level is a separate excess to the lobby. On both level of parking is installed fire sprinklers.

Elevators - total 6 “Gen-2” type elevators. 2 elevators each 630kg - from the central entrance and the lobby, 2 elevators – from parking area, 2 service elevators of 1000 kg. All passenger elevators are decorated with natural marble tiles.

The residential luxury estate "Palm Apartments" is located in the historical center of old part of Batumi city. The residential estate is adjacent to the famous Batumi Sea Boulevard (promenade) and is in 70 meters from the beach. The luxury suits of "Palm Apartments" is a 8-storey building of original architecture, where there are organically intertwined the elements of the Black and Mediterranean Sea architecture.

The straight, concise lines of the facade of white artificial granite combined with large stained- glass windows and terraces opening the spectacular views of sea and mountains.

An important role in the architecture of the residential estate play the broad options of apartments layout allowing to make it very personal and comfy space.
