The house (120 m2 with surroundings 4000 m2) is located only 15 km from the city Celje in the country side near the village Dramlje. The house is easy accessible and lies in amazing environment surrounded by forests, vineyards and hills.
In the basement of the house, there is a wine cellar and a kitchen with dinig table.
In the first floor there are living room with a brick oven and a balcony, kitchen, bathroom with WC and shower.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms. The house is furnished and there are also TV and Hi-Fi.
The price includes our fruit garden and vineyard - cca. 1000 liters of wine. We offer you management of the vineyard during your absence.
