About 100 houses can be build (holiday, permanent stay with 3 bedrooms in an area of 20 hectares. A unique investment opportunity in one of the most beautiful areas of Portugal. The project includes the reconstruction of the old village of Almegue.

In principle Transes Holding SA in Luxembourg sells the project, but a majority participation of 70% in the project might be discussable. In that case the project will be put into a new company. Local professional support for the project development is available.
