Brand-new house (built in 2009), near Vrhnika is located in a beautiful surroundings of town called Vrhnika, in a peaceful place near forest. The property has a garden and all connections: electricity - wiring, water, gas, air condition, septic tank. Heating could be on gas and hard fuels (possibility of a fireplace).

Vrhnika is known as the birth place of one of the greatest Slovenian writers, Ivan Cankar (1876-1918), whose memorial house is open to visitors.
