Beach front two story Thai tropical home, in a five star community setting of 8 homes. Build out options include 2, 4 or 6 bedrooms and up to 4 1/2 baths on a private Island one and a half hours north of Phuket. Complete with all amenities.

All private homes will be completely furnished with furniture, electronics, appliances, fire sprinklers, alarms, private pools and Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, open solarium, ½ bath at pool area and garden areas. Large community swimming pool, restaurant, beach bar, laundry, reception area, community parking, IDD telephone, high speed wireless internet, satellite TV. CCTV security system with 24 hr security guards 7 days a week. Grounds will include gated entry with concrete wall and iron fence with private parking. Private Chef and busboys are included daily for preparing meals and private parties at the owners premises, common pool side or restaurant area.

Priced between 17,280,000 to 27,500,000 million baht depending on type of purchase.
There is an optional ownership guarantee rental agreement for 10 years with the project manager.

Why purchase with the option under the guarantee rental agreement?

1. Under the rental agreement the owner earns a 4% return profit on the original purchase price of the home each year for 10 years.

2. The owner has no fees charged to him under the rental agreement years 1 through 5.

3. The project manager will guarantee buyback of the property from the owner on the tenth year which the owner will receive the original paid contract price of the house and property.

4. The project manager will refund airline tickets for 2 people round trip and hotel accommodations at the four star kho khao Island Beach Resort and Spa when the customer purchases a 5 star beach home. Meals are not included with refund.

5. The owner still has a total of 3 months per year for private use of his premises! The owner may have 28 days personal usage of his home during the high season and 60 days usage in the low season. The house owner must give the property manager 6 months notice of usage of property in the high season and 3 months notice of usage in the low season.
